Candy Cane Mint Bark Chocolate Candy
Ingredients:
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1 lb. vanilla almond bark
3/4 c. finely crushed candy cane
Directions:
1. Line cookie sheet with foil. Heat chocolate chips until melted
and
smooth.
2. Heat bark until melted and smooth (we use the microwave to melt
chocolate but it can be done easily doing a double boiler).
3. Stir crushed candy into almond bark. Pour bark into pan. Drizzle
with melted chocolate chips.
4. Gently zigzag a narrow metal spatula through the chocolate and
peppermint layers to create a swirled effect.
5. Let stand for several hours until firm or chill 30 minutes.
Carefully break candy into pieces. Store tightly covered.
